Position Overview:

We’re seeking a passionate Content Writer to join our dynamic team. This role involves crafting high– quality content that resonates with our clients’ brand voices, aligns with their marketing strategies, and effectively reaches their target audience. As a Content Writer at Newhouse Digital, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative for a diverse portfolio of small businesses, each with its unique character and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Produce well– researched, engaging, and error– free content for a variety of digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and more.

2. Client Collaboration: Work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives, brand voice, and target audience, ensuring content aligns with their unique goals and values.

3. SEO Optimization: Write SEO– friendly content to enhance online visibility, incorporating relevant keywords, meta descriptions, and adhering to best practices.

4. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars, brainstorm ideas, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

5. Editing & Proofreading: Review and refine content for clarity, coherence, and consistency. Ensure that all content adheres to Newhouse Digital’s quality standards.

6. Stay Updated: Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging topics to ensure our content remains relevant and innovative.

Required Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

– At least 2 years of professional writing experience, preferably in a digital agency or related field.

– Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in writing for both languages is a must.

– Strong understanding of SEO and its role in content writing.

– Exceptional writing, grammar, and research skills.

– Ability to adapt writing style to cater to different business tones and voices.

– Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla).

Desirable Skills:
