Our client is a global environmental biotech company. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for their growing team.


Job Requirements

  • Generate new leads and grow the client portfolio
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets,
  • Manage customer relationships and increase share of wallet
  • Provide market intelligence to position and improve the value proposition and sales strategy
  • Contribute to social media and marketing strategy by collecting customer feedback and testimonials
  • Identify and participate in relevant networking events, trade fairs and conferences
  • Actively search new tender opportunities and contribute into proposal preparation and bidding process
  • Coordinate project activities with partners and suppliers
  • Promote quality monitoring and process improvement

Candidate Requirements

  • A degree in environmental engineering, environmental geology, environmental biotechnology
  • Similar experience with commercial & technical background in soil and/or groundwater remediation
  • Ability to work independently with sense of responsibility
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft / Google Office products and relevant engineering applications
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Italian and/or French will be a plus
