The RoleYour Responsibilities Will Include

  • Conduct initial outreach through sales calls and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Qualify and convert leads generated by Lead Generation Specialists into sales opportunities.
  • Expand the company’s customer base and contribute to revenue growth by converting prospects into active clients.
  • Engage with prospects via various channels (phone, email, social media, video calls).
  • Engage and nurture leads through the sales funnel using strategic follow– up communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the lead qualification process.
  • Document and manage all sales activities in our CRM system, maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and objectives to craft compelling sales propositions.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and development initiatives.
  • Be proactive to improve the lead generation and sales processes.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, improving them accordingly.
  • Represent TechBiz professionally and positively during all interactions with leads and clients.

Ideal Profile

  • 2– 4 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team– oriented environment.
  • Experience using specific HubSpot CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Knowledge of IT sales and recruitment processes.
  • Knowledge of German and English languages to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
