The role – your passion

• You take care of the processing and creation of contracts from hiring to exit.
• You are also in charge of preparing the payroll for the employees.
• You have a good eye for errors, so that all HR relevant data of our colleagues are always up to date and missing information can be obtained from you.
• In day– to– day business, you are the contact person for colleagues with HR– related questions and, with the support of your team, will be able to provide the with information

What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us

• You have first professional experience in the field of economics, prefereably human ressources or finance.
• You are business fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese would be a big plus but is not a requirement.
• The confident handling of the MS Office Suite helps you in your daily business, knowledge of personnel software solutions such as Personio is an advantage.
• You are able to establish a high level of trustworthiness towards employees and have a natural pleasure and openness in dealing with people.
