The team and your role
Joining us as Senior Designer, you’re joining our global Brand Design team, led by Claudia, in a hands– on role.
Your mission is twofold: on the one hand, you’ll be acting as a design expert to advise and provide feedback to other team members and local stakeholders to accelerate design excellence across our brand identity and comms templates efficiently. At the same time, you will deliver your own design solutions for our marketing communications and websites in all markets served by Docplanner. Doing so, you will design for social media, emails, paid advertising, and landing pages to ensure we deliver exceptional comms that convert.
Role overview – what you’ll do
- Team coordination
- In the first 6 months here, cover for a Claudia’s maternity leave: you will manage the Brand Design Team and be a mentor to the brand designers. (After this maternity leave cover period, you’ll remain one of the most senior members of the team and will play a crucial role in developing, feedbacking and continuously improving the team!)
- Provide guidance, feedback, and inspiration to a group of 5 designers to ensure design projects are executed effectively
- Help the team to prioritize tasks and allocate resources
- Ensure consistency of design across different channels and platforms, maintaining a unified brand identity.
- Your own design work
- Take ownership of design projects
- Execute all visual design stages – from concept to final project
- Design comms layouts and templates for social media, ads, email marketing, as well design for events, ensuring the design is visually appealing, on– brand, and aligned with marketing goals
- Produce design assets for Landing Pages to support the Global Web Team when necessary

Qualifications
What will help you succeed
- Top– notch proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator)
- An inspiring portfolio showcasing digital and graphic design
- Fluency in English
- Extensive professional Brand Design experience
- Ideally, first experience managing and mentoring a small team of designers; or deep experience coaching and feedbacking more junior designers
- Experience in ensuring holistic application of brand standards across all design touchpoints
- Expertise in managing branding initiatives for a global enterprise encompassing diverse local brands (if you have previously implemented co– branding guidelines, that’s a huge advantage, but not a must have)
- Experience with animation or web design is a big plus
- Great at problem diagnosis and creative problem– solving skills
- A positive and constructive attitude. You know how to handle tight deadlines and pressure and maintain a structured workflow
- A strong team player and communicator

Getting to know each other – the process
- Async portfolio review by Claudia (Global Head of Brand Design), followed by feedback
- Intro call with Flore (Head of Global Hires)
- 30 minute intro meeting with Claudia
- 1.5h Brand Design team interview and exercise meeting (roughly split into 3 parts: 20 min get– to– know with the team, 20 min design critique, 50 min portfolio and design exercise review)
- 60 minute intro meeting with Kasia (Global Director of Product Marketing)
