Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation

– Develop clear, concise, and engaging content for various company materials including brochures, website, newsletters, press releases, and other promotional materials.

– Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to produce case studies, testimonials, and project highlights that showcase our quality workmanship and success stories.

– Draft and edit content that reflects the company’s voice, tone, and style guidelines.

2. Technical Writing

– Collaborate with the technical team to create detailed service descriptions, product sheets, and installation guides that are both comprehensive and accessible to the average reader.

– Simplify complex construction jargon into understandable terms for potential customers, ensuring they are informed about our services.

3. SEO and Digital Marketing Content

– Write SEO– optimized articles and blog posts that drive traffic to our website, boost our online presence, and highlight our services.

– Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and incorporate best practices into content creation.

4. Collaborative Efforts

– Liaise with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to ensure written content complements visual elements.

– Participate in brainstorming sessions with the marketing team to come up with new content ideas and strategies.

5. Quality Assurance and Review

– Proofread and edit materials to ensure they are free of errors, consistent in style, and aligned with brand standards.

– Revise content based on feedback from stakeholders and ensure all documents are up– to– date.

6. Market Research and Analysis

– Stay informed about construction industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to ensure our content remains relevant and current.

– Gather insights from customer reviews and feedback to tailor content to address their needs and concerns.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.

– Minimum of 2 years of professional writing experience, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.

– Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.

– Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an ability to adapt to different writing styles.

– Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.

– Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Excellent research and organizational skills.

– Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
