About The Role

At Panorama Education, the Content Marketing team is on a mission to build a world– class library of resources that K– 12 school district leaders love to learn from, with a focus on attracting and converting new customers. As our in– house creative team grows, we’re looking for an experienced video generalist to execute and deliver video work that builds brand awareness, communicates Panorama’s story, and captures the hearts and minds of district leaders, educators, and their communities.

As Panorama’s first in– house Videographer/Editor, you’ll sit on our Content Marketing team with opportunities to collaborate across the full Panorama Marketing department. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, workshopping ideas with fellow creatives, and creating compelling video content that supports brand and revenue objectives.


  • Own all aspects of the video production and post– production process for marketing deliverables including product videos, educational videos, organic and paid social assets, event promos, and customer stories
  • Work in partnership with our Content Marketers and Marketing Designer to ideate, script, storyboard, and execute video projects for blogs, social media, and branding projects
  • Develop video case studies and testimonials elevating the work of Panorama’s K– 12 school district customers (travel may be required; public health permitting)
  • Advise and direct on– screen talent for both location and remote shoots
  • Support video needs for special projects to enhance company culture and employer branding
  • Understand the look, feel, and voice of Panorama to maintain and push forward visual brand guidelines through video

Our Ideal Candidate Has

  • 3+ years of professional experience creating video content for an in– house marketing team, at an agency, or as a freelancer (Please share portfolio samples in the space provided in your application)
  • Demonstrated ability to own video projects from storyboard to execution, in collaboration with other creative and marketing team members
  • A fundamental understanding of production, including the ability to shoot footage, set up lighting, and edit video
  • Demonstrated ability to shoot B– roll and conduct interviews that produce great storytelling
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant video equipment and software
  • Demonstrated ability to present and articulate creative concepts and solutions effectively to internal stakeholders, and to incorporate constructive feedback
  • Demonstrated experience incorporating attention to diversity, equity, and inclusion in your work
  • Bonus points if you have scripting, animation, motion graphics, or audio recording/editing experience!
