Senior PowerPoint Designer

We have an opening for a talented part– time PowerPoint Senior Designer to join our global creative team responsible for delivering effective designing solutions for our international clients, internal marketing team, and various other stakeholders.

The successful candidate should have comprehensive experience in creating editable graphics for PowerPoint presentations and extensive knowledge of formatting decks too. He/she will have had corporate exposure, preferably with an international brand, and understand the constraints and demands of working with the sales and marketing departments in Fortune 500 companies.

What you will do:

• The majority of the work will be of PowerPoint – both essential editing and creative execution.
• Design and polish Microsoft PowerPoint presentations ensuring presentation standards in terms of templates, look and feel and data are consistent and aligned to branding standards.
• Conceptualize, drive, and execute great designs relating to relevant business briefs across print, web, and digital applications.
• Demonstrate out– of– the– box thinking for design campaigns.
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing is an advantage.
• Manage creative projects from conception to completion; ensuring products are of the highest quality in terms of content, accuracy, style editing, format, and production techniques.
• Needs to have excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Accurately tracks time to projects daily.
• Understand and execute the guidelines and policies of the company’s brand.
• Prepare accurate and detailed project estimates when required.
• Must possess an interest and skill in designing within a corporate brand while still driving a creative and innovative artistic vision.
• Keep current on new graphic techniques and technologies, recommending changes as appropriate.

The qualifications you will need:

• Mandatory PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite experience.
• Exposure to business graphics design and B2B design.
• A relevant graphic design qualification.
• 5– 7 years of applied graphic and digital design experience in a design studio, agency or in– house creative department with a portfolio to match.
• Proficient in Word and Outlook.
• Video animation and editing skills.
• Ability to work on PC and MAC (cross– platform).
• In– depth graphic design experience.
• Significant digital design capabilities.
• The ability to think creatively and deliver clever concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail, accurate and organized.
• Ability to work with global teams and adjust to global time zone conference calls and deadlines.
• Dynamic and available to work flexible hours in a fast– paced environment (i.e. same– day deadlines, working weekends to meet project deadlines).
• Open to both creative work with the properly planned delivery timeline as well as essential design requests with tight deadlines.
• Can work effectively with all levels of management and on virtual teams.
• Demonstrate initiative and innovation appropriate to the assignment and timeframe.
• The ability to articulate creative concepts to team members and customers is necessary.
• Ability to work overtime at short notice.
