We are a team of over 75 highly skilled professionals from around the globe. Our C– Suite is comprised of current and former Senior Executives from companies such as Amazon, eBay, Apple, Nike, Siemens, Delhaize, Walmart, Vodafone, YOOX, Kohls and Macys.

Job Description:

Our founding team is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial– spirited Senior Graphic Designer. Qualified candidates must possess a proven track record of producing quality content across various social media channels and an interest in motion graphics and art direction. They will be responsible for contributing to the ideation and execution of new assets for our digital channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok.

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SaltyLama’s creative team to produce ad images and animations for social media campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Re– format, re– size, modify and create product collateral and lifestyle photography for ads based on specific platforms
• Ensure consistency and creativity of the SaltyLama brand across photo assets and customer touchpoints
• Provide design support for company initiatives
• Engage with and inform the audience on sustainability– related topics and trends in support of product awareness and sales

Position Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional design experience at a digital agency or on a digital marketing team
• Ability to present concepts and accept constructive feedback from fellow team members
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative ways to present products across various digital platforms
• Expert in social media
• Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Solid grasp of sustainable living

Compensation:

You will form part of the founding team, with the ability to earn up to 0.10% equity value in the company.

We are seeking a passionate individual who can devote at least 1 hour per day, or *7+ hours per week*, until such time as we have launched our MVP and scaled our operation.

As we scale, you may be rewarded with a full– time position and a generous salary package.
