Position Overview:

Bulletproof is looking for a Senior Copywriter/Editor with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to help create innovative, fully integrated ideas and campaigns across multiple channels. The Senior Copywriter/Editor will play a role in shaping Bulletproof’s brand voice throughout the customer journey, from advertising campaigns to product descriptions. The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller with experience working at an agency or in– house brand team. This role combines copy and strategic communications, connecting the dots across various projects to create consistent messaging across multiple channels. It’s a tremendous growth opportunity for the right person who loves brand storytelling, health and wellness and writing engaging, well– crafted copy that moves the needle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts for product launches and omnichannel marketing campaigns as part of a Creative team
  • Write and concept for a wide range of materials, including messaging docs, landing pages, social assets and more
  • Sustain and evolve brand voice based on consumer insights and brand strategic priorities
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across all multiple projects that clearly and emotionally communicates the Bulletproof brand to consumers
  • Work collaboratively with Content, Social, Brand and Innovation teams, as well as other cross– functional teams
  • Persuasively present concepts and projects, acting not just as a presenter and creator, but as a strategic/creative consultant
  • Work with Creative team members to identify how to tell a brand story in everything we do and say
  • Edit and proofread copy as needed

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Natural storyteller and leader with 5– 7 years of experience working at an agency or in– house brand team
  • Knowledge of design and copy trends in the ecommerce/CPG space including working within regulatory guidelines
  • Have a knack for creative problem– solving and are comfortable taking an idea from concept through execution
  • Have an eagerness to learn and are comfortable working in a highly collaborative, fast– paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Highly organized, able to work independently AND support a team
  • Have a portfolio of work featuring projects with deliverables across multiple touchpoints, such as social media, email and digital ads
  • Excellent communication skills in a remote environment
  • A meticulous eye for spelling, capitalization, punctuation and style, in accordance with brand strategy and style guide
  • A master of colloquial language, breaking things down and translating jargon into copy with personality
  • Able to identify strong creative ideas and inspire creatives to build breakthrough, insight– driven work

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in both an ad agency and in– house marketing/creative team
  • Understands how to apply consumer insights to projects
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Ability to be conceptual, positive, curious, creative and synthesize feedback from multiple sources to rapidly iterate
  • Experience telling brand value stories and elevating the work of a creative team

This is a full– time position that is open to local Seattle– area candidates, as well as remote candidates in any location throughout the U.S.; regardless, the position will start in a remote capacity.
