Marketing Designer

We are looking for a passionate person to enrich our worlds with art, and create beautiful and emotionally impactful banners, promotional materials, communication inserts, community post– assets, and marketing materials.

We work efficiently and expect you to do so too, leveraging state– of– the– art AI tools, to streamline your process and deliver rapidly.

This position is contract– based and preference is for 60% or more occupation.

Responsibilities

• Work with the design team to update or build new marketing campaigns that will engage our players 
• Produce a variety of marketing collateral including landing pages, display and social ads
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team, developers, product, animation, design, and other stakeholders to gather information, understand the end goals, and strategize communication approaches.

Requirements

• A strong online design portfolio consisting of web– based marketing campaigns and strong graphic principles
• 5 years of experience and a deep understanding of all stages of the design process, focusing on online graphic design skills – preferably working with B2C products (direct to consumer)
• Strong understanding of typography and text hierarchies
• Excellent knowledge in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience creating animations and/or working with animators – an advantage!
• Experience in designing for mobile web
• Positive personality and social skills
• High level of written and spoken English
