Avansel Recruitment are seeking a Junior Recruiter for a fully remote position which will involve liaising with our Ireland and England based candidates and clients. The Junior Recruiter will provide end– to– end HR support and drive continuous improvement in the development of HR services, policies, and practices.
Salary & Terms
Salary between €18,000 – €28,000 based on the experience and skills of the candidate

Role & Responsibilities
Manage end to end recruitment offers, conducting remote interviews with candidates.
Review and audit all recruitment documentation and ensure consistency throughout the function.
Contribute to the drafting and finalisation of job descriptions, person specifications and other documentation linked to conditions of employment.
Review, audit and continuously improve our protocols and processes, which will contribute to enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
Experience using the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
Available for an immediate start
