There are two main aspects to this role. Firstly, you will focus on designing PV system solutions for our customers. Additionally, you will be working in sprints to carry out improvements in our processes and build out the technical knowledge of the company. You will be reporting to the PV Design Manager, and be a member of our Operations organization.
You will design individual PV solutions for our customers that address their individual needs.
You will research technical aspects of new equipment and products to make sure that we are up– to– date with the latest technologies.
Together with the team, you will help clear any technical doubts from the other departments.
You will set up and improve internal processes.
Stay update– to– date on the newest trends in the solar market.
A strong motivation to have a positive impact on the planet and to change the way people think about energy production.
No fear of getting into a variety of tasks and finding solutions independently. We are not into micromanagement.
2 to 3 years of industry– related experience.
PV sizing experience, ideally in the residential sector (but not a must).
Strong desire to own projects and be hold accountable for their success.
Fluent in English; other European languages is a plus.
