<span style=”font-family:”Times New Roman”,serif”>This role will be responsible for creating design layouts and storyboards through the sales process. This includes exploration, conceptualization and creation for a variety of projects including but not limited to: digital marketing campaigns, marketing requests and other specially assigned projects. The Jr Designer will work closely with the other members of the Creative team, Sales and Marketing to ensure our client’s brand positioning is well developed, reflective of the brand’s identity, and is consistently articulated in all creative executions.

- <span style=”font-family:”Times New Roman”,serif”>Ideate/design/revise out-of-the-box digital ad experiences for some of the world’s largest brands
- <span style=”font-family:”Times New Roman”,serif”>Effectively communicate storyboards for presentations
- <span style=”font-family:”Times New Roman”,serif”>Maintain proficient knowledge of our products and current trends in web technologies and design practices
- <span style=”font-family:”Times New Roman”,serif”>Contribute to the development of a range of creative executions for each project while meeting tight deadlines
- <span style=”font-family:”Times New Roman”,serif”>Collaborate across teams, departments, and offices
<span style=”font-family:”Times New Roman”,serif”>Profile and Experience:
- <span style=”font-family:”Times New Roman”,serif”>A minimum of 2 years of professional experience or equivalent internship experience required
- <span style=”font-family:”Times New Roman”,serif”>A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital design, visual communications or a related study required
- <span style=”font-family:”Times New Roman”,serif”>Ninja skills in using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat)
- <span style=”font-family:”Times New Roman”,serif”>Basic skills in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- <span style=”font-family:”Times New Roman”,serif”>Design sensibility and typography
- <span style=”font-family:”Times New Roman”,serif”>Interest in designing for multiple formats—web, mobile, event design, video, etc.
- <span style=”font-family:”Times New Roman”,serif”>Detail-oriented with great self-motivation, organization and communication skills
- <span style=”font-family:”Times New Roman”,serif”>Must be good at collaborating across teams, departments, & offices
