Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager within the Brand, Content and Creative area of the Marketing and Digital Presence department, this new role will be responsible for:
■ Supporting the definition of the corporate brand strategy, brand positioning and approach for each of our client and supplier segments.
■ Guiding the execution of positioning strategies that build awareness and equity for the brand (therefore for Hotelbeds, its products and services) globally and aligned with our business strategy, driving increased external visibility and advocacy for the business.
■ Management of the brand architecture and working with our Creative Team to define our brand identity look & feel, visual style etc for our core brands.
■ Working hand– in– hand with our Content Team to support for the creation of tone of voice standards that help differentiate our brands and make them resonate with our various audiences.
■ Using storytelling techniques to create engaging and impactful materials that build brand awareness and brand equity, in line with our wider business strategy and objectives.
■ Ensuring Brand alignment in M&A: re– branding, communication, employee engagement.
■ Optimize Hotelbeds’s positioning utilizing a customer– centric approach and proven methods while following the master corporate brand architecture and positioning.
■ Acting as ‘brand guardian’ ensuring brand consistency across all offline and digital touchpoints, both internally and externally.
■ Educating internal teams and providing guidance and support to ensure the correct and consistent use of our brands.
■ Management of our global branding tools such as our sales enablement platform and online brand universe.
■ Working with agencies and partners to deliver high– quality brand concepts, campaigns and events.
■ Working closely with the Creative Team to produce high quality materials.
■ Monitoring the market and the competitive landscape.
■ Keeping track of our customer insights to apply to our brand strategy.
■ Collaborating with external agencies and freelancers who will be supporting our in– house creative and content teams.
