We are looking for a Jr. Designer to join our Creative Team. We have offices open in Minneapolis, Chicago & New York, or you can work from home, too!

About The Gig

• Understand our clients’ business challenges and generate integrated creative strategies, ideas, concepts, and copy that help our clients move their businesses forward
• Help foster a fun and energetic working environment that ultimately enhances our marketing initiatives
• Always meet deadlines and requirements, regardless of the time frame
• Deliver on the brief, but also continue to push the boundaries to find new and better ways to improve our clients’ businesses
• Collaborate with cross– functional team members, including senior Creatives, Account Management, Production, Strategy, PR, and Media
• Stay abreast of trends and new media formats, absorbing ideas from the internet, TV, social media, etc.

Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and current social media
• Understanding of creative design and layout
• Ability to build creative and unique ideas
• Creative portfolio which displays your ability to think outside of standard ad formats a plus!
