Looking for:
- Instructional designer with in depth experience doing needs analysis/assessment and content development (primarily eLearning development with some other modalities)
- A big focus of this work will initially be on deep dive and fairly rapid analysis of learning needs for onboarding new dealers to selling (one of our primary customer groups, our channel partners)
Skills we are seeking:
- Experienced instructional designer
- Experience in thorough needs analysis and assessment
- Experience with eLearning development (we are looking for more rapid, mid-level development – interactions, scenarios, voiceovers, animations, etc. but no need for things like simulations at this point)
- There will likely be development in other modalities as well
- Quick to learn a new environment/culture/product
- Strong communication and partnership skills (e.g. with SMEs)
- Ability to independently steward projects forward with minimal oversight from analysis through development
- Sales, Manufacturing, and/or customer training experience are a plus
- Product and systems (e.g. technology platforms) training experience a huge plus – initial work will be on updating current product courses, creating product courses, creating system/platform courses/learning materials)
