HR Assistant

We are looking for an HR Assistant for our Valencian Office to start as soon as possible. If you love HR administrative tasks, this is the job for you and you should definitely read on!

The role you’ll play

This position gives you the opportunity to be involved in various HR administration tasks and processes and to develop and grow your hands– on experience.

As LanguageWire is starting to have a bigger foot print in France, we would need someone to continue to improve the administrative processes (employment contracts, holiday set– up, guidelines & policies, annexes to contracts, etc.) for the offices in France.

The team you’ll be a part of

You will be joining LanguageWire’s HR Legal & Admin. As HR Assistant, you will become part of an international high– motivated team servicing the business with employment administration.

Your tasks will include the following:

• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and termination
• Pre– onboarding of new employees
• Administration of newcomers, leavers, employees going on maternity and returning from maternity
• Maintain and update HR records in the HR system
• Maintain and update absence system
• Various administrative tasks

Desired Experience And Competencies

What does it take to work for LanguageWire?

• You have experience with administrative tasks related to HR
• You have computer literacy (MS Office, in particular)
• You have an eye for detail, aesthetics and never compromise on quality with a continuous high execution
• You are fluent in English and French
• You are expected to come up to speed quickly so it is important that you are a fast learner
• You have excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
• A strong sense of confidentiality in general and according to the processing of HR data

This will make you stand out

• Good knowledge about the French employment law
• You have experience with an HR system, like SAGE
• You have experience with administrative tasks related to HR
