Salary: $5,000 – $8,000 / month

My name is Markus and I am the CEO at Sava Gruppen AS – Our company creates lean and profitable e– commerce stores by providing great customer service, product and unique marketing strategies. At the same time we also teach others how they can do the same.

We are looking to hire a motivated Chief Operating Officer who excels in leadership and possesses the ability to lead, motivate, and develop their team members. We need someone who finds fulfillment in the success of their team. They are characterized by their attention to detail, systematic approach, and conscientiousness. The Chief Operating Officer adheres to established rules, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. This rockstar has an instinctive ability to sense the needs and concerns of others and is willing to go the extra mile to provide support and assistance. Their altruistic nature and empathetic approach create a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development for everyone involved.

This is a Full– time remote position.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for overseeing the day– to– day operations of our e– commerce company, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Managing and supervising staff to ensure they are properly trained, motivated, and performing at a high level.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity and profitability.
  • Managing budgets and financial resources to ensure that operations are cost– effective and aligned with overall company goals.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that operations are aligned with overall company strategy and objectives.
  • Identifying and implementing new technologies, processes, and systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to operations, such as safety and environmental regulations.


We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer specifically with these requirements:

  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Has at least 4+ years of experience in operations leadership and management role in the Ecommerce industry
  • The candidate should have a track record of growing companies from 7 to 8 figures and above.
  • Leadership: The candidate should have excellent leadership skills to lead and motivate the team to achieve the company’s goals.
  • Has a good understanding of supply chain management, logistics, inventory management, and fulfillment processes. They should be able to identify areas for improvement and implement efficient processes.
  • Team management: The candidate should have experience managing teams in all levels of the company and be able to develop and mentor team members. They should be able to identify and address performance issues and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Strategic thinking: The ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset and be able to develop and implement plans to drive business growth. They should be able to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Has experience analyzing data, identifying trends and insights, and use this information to make informed business decisions.
  • Has experience understanding and interpreting financial statements and other operational metrics.
  • Passion for the industry: The candidate should have a passion for the E– commerce industry and be up– to– date with the latest trends and technologies. They should be willing to learn and stay informed about industry developments.
  • Adaptability: The ideal candidate should be able to adapt to change and be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast– paced environment. They should be able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
