We are looking for senior candidates for the Global Head of Payments role for our client, reporting to the CEO.

- Establishing cross– border payments as a core service offering
- In– depth understanding of the complexity of cross– border payments, technology solutions, compliance, and financial regulatory environment in emerging markets
- Ability to educate and guide the organization toward the vision of offering cross– border payments as a product offering
- Ability to establish excellent rapport and working relations amongst internal and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a global team of fast– paced, high performing, and collaborative individuals to educate and build knowledge
- Lead customized complex negotiations with our strategic partners
Candidate Requirements
- Similar experience in the fintech or global banking industry
- Deep understanding of the infrastructure and regulatory challenges of emerging markets
- Strategic capabilities to establish a short, medium, and long term vision of cross– border payments
- Extensive experience building teams and processes to support the strategy
- Ability to build and scale operations
- Excellent ability to manage relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical, leadership, intellectual curiosity, and partnering skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of building and executing key strategic plans
- Working in both mature and start– up environments is a plus
- M&A experience preferred
