Freelance Medical Writer – Remote & Medical Devices

Are you a freelancer that has experience in Medical Writing and working with Medical Device companies? If so, I have a client which is a smaller medical device company situated in The Netherlands and are open to a medical writer that has experience in conducting reports related to medical devices and clinical evaluations.

What makes this role so great is that it is entirely remote and my client is very flexible , allowing you to give your own availability and work from home too. Whether you are a permanent employee who likes to take on part– time work or a freelancer with some extra or even full time availability, this role can be tailored to you. Not to mention there is no massive CRO involved, you work directly for my client and get to be closer to the projects you are working on. This allows for a far better work/life balance and more control over your day.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage CER time lines and project plans
• Responsible for the preparation and auditing of Clinical Evaluation Reports, reports related to CE marking for my clients medical devices as well as Post Market Surveillance Reports
• Collect and maintain documents related to SOP so that compliance can be ensured
• Plan and develop clinical documents to support my clients medical device portfolio

Qualifications

• 1 year of medical writing experience
• Relevant experience with the latest EU MDR
• At least a professional level of English
• Can be based in The Netherlands or Belgium as it is entirely remote
