How can you make an impact?

In this role, you will take strategic and operational ownership of our post– graduate medical test prep content and related activities. As our new Editor, you will develop expanded content for resident and fellow– level Q&A – driving growth and usage of our AccessMedicine product. Partnering with the wider publishing team, product management, and our digital team, you will determine a scalable approach to expanded Q&A in a format that is assessed through market research and approved MD reviewers.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Establishing external teams to support the creation of expanded Q&A. Then, determining the appropriate levels of supplementation (video, platform functionality, etc.), by working closely with editorial and product teams.
  • Working internally with site editors, digital product managers, and using data and analytics, to set a strategic course for post– grad test prep content.
  • Identifying appropriate and qualified lead SME’s (subject matter experts), and contributors, whilst establishing contractual arrangements.
  • Setting author guidelines, timelines, and a review process for new content across multiple medical and surgical specialties.
  • Researching and assessing market needs and interests in each clinical specialty.
  • Partnering with our Global Professional Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to provide product and content customer training.

You Should Apply If

  • You have proven success in medical content acquisition and development.
  • You have experience in digital content development and product management.
  • You have experience managing author and SME’s.
  • You possess strong project management skills, including the ability to manage collaboration across internal teams.
  • You are analytical, know about product development, and possess excellent communication skills.
