Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with value– added resellers (VARs), system integrators, consultants, and other channel partners to expand our market presence.
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, serving as the main point of contact and providing ongoing support and training.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement joint marketing programs, co– branding initiatives, and lead generation campaigns with channel partners.
- Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive mutual success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and develop competitive strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure effective coordination and alignment between direct and indirect sales efforts.
- Represent Waltrump Technology at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and expand the partner network.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management within the IT services industry.
- Strong network of connections and relationships with VARs, system integrators, consultants, and other relevant channel partners.
- Solid understanding of the IT services landscape, including software development, web development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT consulting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Strong business acumen and a results– oriented mindset.
- Self– motivated with a proven ability to work independently and remotely.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in sales or partner management are a plus.
