At ON3 WORKS we are looking for a Remote Community Manager for a UK based Startup that has recently reached Series A fundraising successfully.
Salary Range is £35,000 to £60,000.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with the organization’s online community in a way which builds brand awareness.They will work cross functionally with internal partners to understand business objectives in order to communicate effectively with customers.
Responsibilities
- You’ll get to run the social media strategy from end– to– end and make editorial decisions to highlight our story.
- You’ll be responsible for getting the content pieces composed, scheduled, and published.
- Managing all of the engagement on each channel.
- Reporting on key KPIs and progress. You’ll work closely with our Senior Demand Gen Manager.
- Coordinate with the product and marketing teams, to establish a regular cadence of announcements, promotions and giveaways.
- Set goals for, track and report on community– related metrics ensuring upwards visibility as well as helping inform on metrics’ significance.
- Schedule, manage and promote Twitter Spaces and other live events on Discord.
- Develop relationships with community managers from other communities.

- You’re comfortable with all of the major channels (IG, Facebook, Linkedin, Tiktok, Youtube, and Twitter) and you know how to tell stories and earn attention across these channels, while keeping brand consistency.
- You’re a great writer. You know how write engaging posts and copy. You know what will resonate, capture attention. Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- You love to experiment with new types of creative and focus on driving real business results. Traffic, views, followers — you’re able to get into the weeds and care about improving performance of our accounts.
- An independent, responsible and highly organized way of working, a creative way to engage and solve challenges.
- Confidence in dealing with a heated atmosphere and challenging situations based on your excellent team player qualities. Not taking player complaints personally.
- A desire to always be learning and improving yourself.
