We are hiring a Commercial Sales Support (m/f/x), to join our family. As part of the international Sales Team, your heart beats for commercial activities. You feel the excitement when the team has gained new clients, which you happily onboard to our systems. You are the mastermind in researching new opportunities and you enjoy setting your teammates up for success. You embrace activities like event– planning and execution, including fam trips, sales calls and trade shows. The main areas of your activities are:
- Work with the EMEA sales leadership team in compiling a priority client target list by account classification.
- Be responsible for creating sales contracts and proposals as well as their internal loading process.
- Assist the EMEA sales team with sales support on hotel onboarding, partnership & business reviews.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, social media and internet prospecting.
- Assist the EMEA sales team with the co– ordination of corporate hospitality events, fam trips, sales calls, entertainment and trade shows.
- Interact with clients and hotels in the absence of the EMEA sales leaders to effectively and professionally meet their needs at all times.
- Elaborate and distribute needed sales reports for the EMEA sales leadership team.
