Are you intrigued by the opportunity to make a difference for patients as they become their own healthcare advocates? We build content for patients to consume while they’re in a “healthcare state of mind” — just before they see their doctor.
Our Content Strategy group is growing (again!) and we’re in need of a versatile, curious designer to join a smart, dynamic team of creatives who are committed to bringing innovation and clarity to the healthcare industry. Reporting to a Senior Designer, the Campaign Designer will be responsible for designing solutions for unique, Phreesia– owned campaigns that help patients learn to be their own advocates before, during and after their doctors’ appointments. The Campaign Designer will leverage existing brand assets to create data– driven campaigns for the proprietary Phreesia platform. You’re a great designer who can quickly craft smart, engaging educational content for patients and find the balance between message and time in the mobile– first space. You’re a born storyteller who is able to execute design ideas with a high level of accuracy and refined aesthetics to engage your audience. You know that every moment is a chance to capture attention and are able to help create content and visuals that move the narrative forward. You can easily present ideas and rationales to multi– disciplined team members and stakeholders, collaborating effectively and embracing feedback. You are eager to learn through creative research, testing and ideation.
What You’ll Do

  • Designing campaigns, utilizing best practices and considerations for digital design. Incorporating grid systems, typographic hierarchy, accessibility, image optimization
  • Able to articulate, present and defend design choices and ideas to fellow designers, account team members, and clients while remaining open to alternatives and further explorations that may be deemed more effective or appropriate
  • Remain creatively fresh by actively seeking and sharing digital inspiration (creative, technology, general digital trends) with their teams, creative pod, and agency partners
  • Collaborate with and support other designers and developers throughout the hand– off process to ensure high– quality campaign experiences
  • Work with Digital Producer and Senior Designer and be responsible for managing personal workload and timelines
  • Follow brand guidelines, internal processes, and file organization
  • Deliver innovative design solutions within given timelines

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required, plus outstanding online portfolio that demonstrates understanding UX /UI best practices and how to interpret those concepts for the digital space
  • Minimum 5+ years at a design studio or agency with healthcare and digital experience required
  • Proficiency & confidence in HTML and CSS, Adobe CC, especially Adobe XD, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop and other web design applications such as Figma
  • Proven experience creating and preparing digital files for programming
  • Comfortable working within platform specifications and maximizing them to get the best creative product
  • An understanding and general knowledge of different types of creative mediums (illustration, animation, photo editing, etc ) and the ability to work in various styles

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates with a background in the agency world with an emphasis in direct– to– patient healthcare advertising are preferred.
  • Confidence in motion software such as After Effects and Premiere
